Champions
Congratulations to the SHAW UNIVERSITY BEARS on winning Pioneer Bowl VII, defeating Tuskegee University, the all-time winningest black college football program and the third winningest program all-time in NCAA Division II. Already having captured the CIAA title Nov 6, the Bears finished their incredible season with an upset victory over the SIAC champs. Pretty good for a team that's only in it's third year of existence

(yeah, i know i'm not a big college football fan, but after two years of ciaa (hoops) tournament madness at the side of my uncle, a product of Shaw, i can't help but root for them. besides, HBCUs don't get enough press!)
